投資寫(xiě)字樓短期難賺錢

莊澤寶說(shuō),對(duì)于投資年限在5年以上的投資者來(lái)說(shuō),投資寫(xiě)字樓的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較小。因?yàn)椤笆濉笔展贂r(shí),重慶要建成世界筆記本電腦基地,一大批對(duì)寫(xiě)字樓需求較高的世界500強(qiáng)配套服務(wù)企業(yè)將登陸重慶,刺激寫(xiě)字樓市場(chǎng)。
隆鑫地產(chǎn)一不愿披露姓名的負(fù)責(zé)人表示,重慶的寫(xiě)字樓開(kāi)發(fā)還處于一個(gè)較低的階段,特別是在服務(wù)方面,在如何最大限度地滿足業(yè)主的需求和成本控制上,還有較大的提升空間,比如說(shuō)節(jié)能方面,在空調(diào)設(shè)置上,目前的寫(xiě)字樓大部分是分層開(kāi)啟,哪怕一層樓只有一間辦公室有人,整層樓的空調(diào)都要開(kāi)啟,這是值得改進(jìn)的。
